Amy Mattle is a Registered Dietician/Nutritionist in Bucks County, PA with 15 years of experience in hospital and private settings.

    Amy's Personal Story:

I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, mother of three, and an advocate for children on the Autism Spectrum. My passion for nutrition started at the University of Delaware where I became an R.D.N. in the fall of 1996. Prior to seeing clients privately, I worked at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia seeing pediatric and adult inpatients with conditions ranging from cancer to Type 1 diabetes.

With the birth of my son Ryan, I realized how crucial nutrition and the power of food would be for our family, and more specifically, for Ryan. He was diagnosed with autism in 2008 and we tried a number of different therapies and doctors with limited success. We knew something was missing. After much research, I decided to start Ryan on a Gluten Free/ Casein Free diet and the results were amazing! He had dramatic improvements in communication, behavior and focus. Seeing how well Ryan responded to this diet made me passionate & excited to share this information with other families & help their children in the same way.

Here are some of my areas of specialization:

Anti Inflammatory Meal & Supplement Plans

Finding the right foods & supplements that work for you.

Individualized programs that fit your child's (and your!) busy lifestyle.

    For even the "pickiest" eaters!

"In July of 2016, after much frustration and unsuccessful weight loss attempts, my family doctor referred me to Amy Mattle. I liked her right away and knew she would help me, but I didn’t expect just how quickly and how much Amy would change my life. The plan she laid out for me was straight forward and easy to follow. I was never hungry and didn’t have to buy “special” food that I wouldn’t normally eat, track points, or go to meetings. In a little over 4 months, I’ve lost 26 lbs and feel that my overall health has greatly improved. I feel better and sleep better and people are noticing that I look better as well. I’m currently below the weight goal that up until now has been unattainable for me. Amy’s Knowledge, enthusiasm and friendly approach make the entire experience enjoyable. She’s warm and welcoming from the start and I could not and would not have accomplished what I have without her inspiration and support. For anyone considering making a change for the healthy, for whatever reason, I highly recommend you schedule a consult with Amy."

"Amy helped me understand the importance of eating the right types of foods to help with my thyroid disorder. She stressed the importance of cutting out certain foods and adding the right things....along with exercising & keeping a healthy attitude. I not only learned a great amount of information, but I gained a wonderful friend for life."

"My son was irritable, unfocused and hyperactive. Amy helped me change the foods he ate and I couldn't believe the difference in his behavior!"
